Using Monicas case:

Data collection plays a critical role in the success or failure of behavior interventions. For example, records of behavior and data from different treatments allow us to evaluate the behavior, know how it occurs, and determine if our intervention was effective. For your last assignment, you researched and developed generalization and maintenance procedures and a supervision plan to ensure that other individuals are carrying out the treatment plan. For this assignment, you will continue to develop your treatment plan by creating a data collection system.
