Fallacy 1: People are born either good or poor at a subject. Nellie, for example, is naturally good at math, but Jubal, who has always struggled with math, went to the best schools and never made it past mediocre in his skills.

Fallacy 2: Since we do not have evidence of a universe existing prior to the Big Bang, we must begin the universe’s age at the first explosion. Everything moves forward from there on.

Fallacy 4: The cat, in other words, is out of the bag when it comes to gun control. 47% of American adults own guns. Gun ownership is not a partisan issue: Union members, traditionally Democratic in political party affiliation, own guns in high numbers.
